My friend believes in My God
Posted: October 16, 2008This is a testimony from my 5 years plus daughter. We are on our way back home. She told me that many things happened to the children in her class today. 2 of her friends had nose bleeds and it is not pleasant. ” Thank God, that you are covered by God’s Grace and is protected and healthy,” I said as I run my fingers through her hair.
” Jinyi, my friend is not feeling well and I pray for all of them.” Bless the Lord that He has given me a kind hearted and God fearing child who is considerate and kind to pray for her friends.
Suddenly, she said,” Jinyi believed in my God too !” Jinyi has all along been my daughter’s good friend. They have also argued on who is the ultimate God. My daughter has consulted me and asked me why her friends cannot believe in our God. I asked her to pray for her and eventually God will touch Jinyi and she will know Him. She also learnt that there are many different perceptions from her friends and each of them is different, my daughter has learnt to respect their opinions.
Now, that Jinyi confessed that she believes in our God, we feel rejoiceful and extremely shocked that my 5 years old has bring the first salvation to the kingdom. My prayer for her to be God fearing and wisom filling has been fulfilled.
This also acts as an encouragement for me to be bold to evangelise too.
