Sleeping Over
Posted: December 14, 2008My daughter just love the idea of sleeping over. She always ask me to let her sleep over at the grandparents or the aunt’s places. Guess, it was because she is the only child and she missed company of other children. Sleeping over at the relatives’ places give more companion.
My husband and I missed her when she sleep over. We will call her regularly to speak to her and see how she is. Though we know she is at good hands on our relatives, we cannot help asking if she has eat well, sleep well and do her regular hygiene constantly.
Since it is school holiday this month, she is sleeping over at her grandparents’ place for the longest period- 3 days and 2 nights. Well, of course my parents doted her much too, bringing her to kopitian every morning for breakfast, especially cook what she wanted to eat, read to her on every single stories books she want. However, I am happy that my dad is a very discipline person. He ensures she continues to learn even though she is having fun there. Regular hours to learn and do fun things like drawing, colouring and maths. I am glad my parents are helping out.
Well, as for me and my husband, this weekend is especially quite and we miss my daughter’s voice and noise at home.
